Calog is an AI-powered calorie tracking application that allows users to log meals using natural language.

Calog is an information tool and not a medical service. The nutritional data provided is based on AI estimates and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new diet or nutritional program.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent to use this Service.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information and health-related data in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Under German law, Dynamis Health UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable damage.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Munich, provided you are a merchant or have no permanent residence in Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on our website.
